On Friday, September 4th 2009 at approximately 7am while taking a shower at my apartment on 35 Clinton Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901, I noticed some black mold seeping from breaches where the cheap dollar store caulk eroded. Please watch the videos, as they show clearly what I am talking about.
This explains why over the past year my health has degraded considerably. I have had a wasting away of the gums, frequent mouth infections that have not responded to antibiotics (which now makes sense; any layman knows that a fungal, or spore infection laughs at antibiotics), chest pains, bloody noses, dizzyness, bruises that would not heal, sexual dysfunction, stuttering, arthritic swelling, organ pain, burning urination, burning/watering eyes; as is shown with the enclosed photographs contained in this site.
I took samples in order to prove I was not some nut who spent too much time watching CSI, ER, etc. After being around this mold longer than usual; in order to take the samples, I felt very weak and sick. I made my way down to CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, NY (518-561-2000) in or around 4 pm. I felt so weak, I got lost and felt delirious. As I made my way to the entrance with the mold samples, CD evidence in hand, I passed out at the front desk, only to awaken briefly to a cop jabbing his finger in my eye three times and some jerk grating her ring laden knuckles on my chest like she was trying to hurt me. I still have marks on my chest.
When I came too, I begged over eight times in a two hour period for water, not to mention to call my aunt who was worried sick about me. Over two plus hours of condescending and insensitive clowns promising me water and a phone call, only to wait over two hours till someone actually came through on the promise, and only when I said I was leaving unless they gave me water and a phone call. Criminals get a phone call faster than that, I am sure; let alone water for God's sake. Before I was fed, I made it clear that due to my oral surgery I needed to floss, brush and rinse the food out of my infected socket sue to the infection. Once again I was lied to about obtaining this request and my mouth flared up.
I told my situation to numerous people (some woman by the name of Tera, I believe), and a quack by the name of Paul G. Gill, JR. M.D. None of these buffoons took into account my rotting gums, video evidence case notes from my dentists, or the fact that I had black mold in a zip lock bag. His only intent was to have me listed Mental Hygiene, milk Medicaid with expensive cat scans, EKG's, ask me 10 times if I was drinking booze, crazy, etc. I was harassed over 10 times for such money milking tests, to which I refused completely and demanded they examine the black mold and watch the video evidence so that they could get me on anti-fungal/spore medications like any doctor worth their salt would have done.
Instead I was patronized, treated like a dog, and basically laughed at; when all they had to do was watch the video and send the samples to a lab to be tested. Sounds simple enough, but to these group of ignoramuses, I realized I was wasting my breath.
They expected me to stay there till Monday, so they could milk $2,000 + a day babysitting me till the blood tests came back. All of this without giving me the medications I told them I was on for the oral surgery I had done due to the infection in my mouth that they refused to acknowledge.
Having enough of these quacks, I pulled the IV out and demanded to be set free from this hell sorry excuse for a hospital. To that, Dr. Gill wrote on my report that I was crazy? Excuse me, but when you come in with black mold samples, video evidence of black mold, and a mouth rotting like a corpse, you would expect they try to fix that rather than send you to the funny farm.
I live at 35 Clinton Street, Apartment 10, Plattsburgh, NY where I was a 8 times Dean's List National Honors, Lambda Pi Eta student before this sickness has caused me to drop from my studies. I am not crazy. Please help me prove it by having these samples tested so I can prove CPVH/ Paul Gill is the one who is ignorant, incompetent and delusional.
I am requesting complaints be filed with Dr. Gill, Property Management of Plattsburgh to the highest level possible. The Health Department needs to close 35 Clinton Street apartments down till this place is no longer a death camp breeding ground for black mold.
I am also passing this evidence over to Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, etc. Please forward this matter to the highest level. Enclosed are some of my credentials which hopefully add merit to my story. Could you please provide me with a list of medical lawyers in the Clinton County area? Once the blood tests come back positive for black mold I plan on suing them for their negligence, harassment, defamation, and abuse.

Basically my experience at Strong & Eastman Dental has been a Lifetime Made For TV nightmare. In the beginning of August, after dealing with three other over rated tooth polishers, I finally was given a referral to have the #30 that was rotting in my mouth for the past year, due to a hairline fracture no dentist with 35+ years of experience would see until I pointed it out to them & talked medical terminology over their head. At the time I knew I had a fungal infection, yet how I got it was not yet known. All of these dentists ignored my suspicions & either did nothing, or put me on antibiotics which only made things worse because antibiotics are fungally based & kills GOOD BACTERIA!!

I was in so much pain that I was ready to jump off a skyscraper; yet even with all my X-Rays on a CD, a referral, & telling Strong ER how much pain I was in; I had to come in four times (the second visit was with some arrogant know it all who had to run in & out of the room 15 times to talk to her boss because I was using medical terminology that was 10 stories over her head; she kept pushing to take X-Rays when I had shown her the X-Rays on the computer three times) just to get a tooth that was rotting in my mouth due to a hairline fracture from a root canal that was never done right in the first place & spores that found their way in there via my tooth brush that was in the "death shower" room. I believe it was 09-05-09 that I was taken to Strong ER. After informing the entry level person (a very competent Asian gentleman to whom his name has slipped my mind) of the fact that I drove 7 hours from Plattsbugh to Strong ER because my apartment was shut down due to black mold contamination; Billie Young (Billy Jo?) shined a light in the wrong area of my mouth for 3-5 seconds & flat out refused me medications. She tried to slink out of it, & your computers refuse to play video files; so all I could do was show her pictures of the inside of my mouth & the tissues rotting falling away & shedding white (it looked like almost dried sperm) tissues indicative of an obvious systemic fungal infection {which anyone worth their salt would have prescribed me Fluconazol, not NYSTATIN which is non-systemic & contains sugar {which FEEDS a black mold/fungal infection}. I was talking so far over her head that her superior told her to write me a prescription for NYSTATIN; a non-sytemic anti-fungal for a fungus other than what I was infected with. I showed them the lab reports of the actual fungal species I was exposed to & they were so un-educated to such things they made my health worse by giving me sugar coated antifungal meds not for what I was exposed to.
After getting the #2 & #30 removed due to the fungal infection no-one (till I demanded Xiomara Restrepo {09-15-09} quit treating me like a 5 year old & patronizing me & get a real Doctor in here to look over the photographic evidence I had of the issues I was having with my prior surgery & the fungal infection). Dr. Thierer came in at last to save the day for the entry level clowns Strong Dental has hacking people like me up since August, 2009. My condition was far worsened by these students incompetence, arrogance, & failure to listen to or believe a patient & the lab data proving such claims that as shown to them & ignored.
Take into account that for three; count em 3 weeks I begged Strong & Eastman Dental to get me an appointment on a Tuesday, or Thursday because I lived 7 hours away & no one took Medicaid in Plattsburgh. I let them know I was in agony, infection & would have to drop out of college if they could not accommodate me.
I was blown off for over three weeks, almost died from the infection & had to drop out of classes where I was a National Honors, 8 Time Dean's List, Lamba Pi Eta student at Suny Plattsburgh. They had no oral surgeons in Plattsburgh that took Medicare, so I was either going to die from this ordeal or plead for Strong to help me. I had to write a letter to the CEO of Strong just to get my voice heard.

And please tell your wet behind the ears medical students not to treat every Medicaid human like a mildly retarded five year old. I could have been a doctor & just lacked the patience.

I would schedule an appt with Dr. Jiwani who you mentioned saw you in the past. unless you decide that you intend to have the work done in Plattsburgh . Dr. Thierer does not send referrals for work , he is just the residents attending doctor who supervises. There should be no reason that you are denied treatment and any of the residents can complete a treatment plan for your needs.
As I mentioned, she is at the down town site and has openings.

Even though in theory, I should not 'NEED' a referral from Dr. Theire; driving 14 hours to be refused the work I needed at Eastman Dental (fillings, flouride coating, etc.) once again has me frustrated.
Is there a way to contact 'Dr. T' so as to request such a referral for fillings, since no one wants to do them unless I have one?
This will help me get the work I need done "hopefully" in Plattsburgh .
I'm about ready to get drunk grab a pair of pliars & start yanking, quite honestly. This has been Lifetime made for TV movie material & I just want to break to a commercial.

You can contact the medical records dept. here at Strong and request notes be sent. As far as Eastman appts, they are a separate entity and need to schedule as per their policies. You may be able to see Dr. JiWani again in the downtown clinic. which is 263-7622

Due to the Dr. that did the root canal on my #30, I have been advised to request any Dr.s' notes & request a statement attesting to the fact that Dr. J & T saw the rotton cotton in my #30 when it broke off. The amount of gum loss, etc. done due to Dr. Cellura's negligence would cost too much for me to fix, so a friend of the familys is advising me (I'm basically a self taugh para-legal) on how to do the initial foot work to prep for a legal way to recoup my losses & make my mouth what it was 1 year ago.. Whom can I contact for such a request?
I have to head back to class (I missed class today in an attempt to get the 5 fillings Dr. Thierer & Dr. Jiuani advised, only to set up an appointment = today on my B-Day no less = only to be told they would not do the fillings!!!!)..
You guys have been the only ones I can trust & count on, which has been a blessing.
I called the Eastman side but they would not let me schedule an appointment during my college breaks "because its too long of a time ahead to do so" & they refused to take my word that both Dr.'s advised ASAP new fillings.
Is there some way Dr.'s T & J could work hand in hand with Eastman Dental to cut through this red tape (like you helped me before) so I don't have to come in 2-3 times just to re-evauate what Dr.'s T & J already did??

You can come into the dental dept here at Strong and someone will see you in triage,. If they need to do anything for the fragments Oral surgery can step in and appoint you. We can’t however help with any fillings etc. We are only oral surgery and a emergency triage department.

09-15-2009: DR. TODD THIERER PUT ME ON FLUCONAZOLE!! THIS IS A HEAVY DUTY ANTI-FUNGAL MEDICATION. THE WHOLE STORY = I CAME INTO THE STRONG ER AT 8:30 AM.
